  • How do I know if I successfully registered for a clinic?

    Once you have registered through the website and payment has been successful you will receive a confirmation email.

  • What time should I get there?

    Registration begins 20 minutes prior to the start of the clinic so please get there early to ensure we can start on time.

  • What time should I be picked up?

    Supervision will be at the venue for 15mins after the completion of the clinic. We will give your parents a call if they haven’t picked you up in this time. If there is going to be any problems and you know in advance please email clinics@erinbell.com.au

  • Does someone have to stay and watch me?

    Not at all! However parents and guardians are more than welcome to stay and watch and take notes if they would like to.

  • What should I bring?

    Please bring a drink bottle with water, hat and sunscreen and suitable snacks as we cannot guarantee a canteen will be open.

  • What should I wear?

    Wear anything that you normally would to netball training- comfortable clothing and a pair of runners. Remember to pack wet weather gear or sun safe clothes depending on the weather.

  • What happens if it is raining?

    In the event of bad weather we will send an email by 8.00am on the day of the clinic to advise if the clinic has been cancelled or postponed. If you cannot access your email please check Erin’s Facebook page for updates.

  • What happens if it is too hot?

    As per the Hot Weather Policy for South Australian Schools, the clinic will be cancelled or postponed if the weather is above 38 degrees Celcuis. If the weather is below this but still very hot, the activities will be modified to ensure the participants remain safe.

  • How are the groups allocated?

    Groups are allocated based on age prior to the day. If you have a preference to what group you want to be in, please include it with your registration or email Erin at clinics@erinbell.com.au  . While we will do our best to accommodate all preferences, in order to get a balance in group numbers this may not always be possible.

  • What if I don’t know anyone else?

    Don’t worry! Your coach will spend time at the beginning of the session making sure everyone gets to know each other and by the end of the day you will have lots of new friends!

  • What if I have an illness or injury that may affect my participation?

    Please ensure the details are submitted with your registration form, however if the injury occurs after this please email Erin at clinics@erinbell.com.au to arrange suitable alternatives.

  • Can I get autographs?

    Erin and the coaches will be available at the end of the session for autographs and photos.

  • Oops, I left something at the venue. What do I do?

    Please contact the venue as we will not remove anything that remains after the clinic from the venue.

  • Cancellations, modifications and refunds
    • Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to the clinic date will receive a full refund minus $5 administration fee.
    • Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the clinic will receive a 50% refund minus $5 administration fee.
    • Cancellations made within 7 days will receive no refund.
    • In the event of injury or illness, please supply a medical certificate and a full refund will be given minus a $5 administration fee.
    • If you are able to find a substitute please email Erin at clinics@erinbell.com.au to advise of the change.
  • Minimum numbers

    EB Netball Clinics have a minimum number per session they must reach in order to be run. This allows for the participants to get the best experience within the clinic. If these numbers are not reached, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you a full refund.
